How to use it
- Tap “Select PDF” and choose your file. The first page opens.
- Tap Text, Tick, White-out or Image. It appears on the page you're looking at.
- Drag it into place and drag the round handle to resize. Type your text and pick size and colour in the box under the page.
- Use the arrows above the page to go to other pages and add more.
- Tap “Save PDF”, then “Download PDF”.
What you can add
| Button | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Text | Name, address, dates, answers. Several lines, any size, in black, blue or red |
| Tick ✓ | Check boxes such as Yes/No, category or “I agree” |
| White-out | Covering a wrong entry or a blank you don't need, so you can write over it |
| Image | A photo, a stamp or a signature. “Remove” paper background keeps only the ink of a signature photo |
Everything you add can be moved, resized or deleted until you save, and “Put on every page” copies an item (a reference number, your initials) onto every page.
Typing in Hindi and other languages
Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu and other scripts all work: type them with your phone's keyboard or paste them in. English text goes into the PDF as real text you can select and search. Text in other scripts is added as a high-resolution picture of the words, because the font built into every PDF reader has only English letters. It prints just as sharply, but it can't be selected or searched. Need to type Hindi from an English keyboard? Use Hindi Typing and paste the result.
White-out covers, it doesn't delete
A white-out box hides what's under it when the PDF is viewed or printed, like correction tape on paper. The original words are still inside the file, so someone could select, copy or search them. Use it to tidy up a form, not to hide account numbers, passwords or other private details.
What this tool doesn't do
- It can't change or delete the words already in the PDF. Cover them with white-out and type the new text on top.
- It doesn't fill a PDF's own fill-in boxes (interactive form fields). Your text is drawn on the page itself, which works for any PDF, including scanned forms.
Good for
- Government and scholarship forms published as PDFs, and affidavit or declaration formats
- Bank forms: KYC update, nomination, address change
- Job and admission application forms that must be filled in and emailed back
- Adding a reference number, date or note to a letter

Private by design
The PDF is edited inside your browser and never uploaded. Nothing you type is stored after you close the page.
