How to use it
- Tap “Select Photo” and choose a clear, front-facing photo.
- Tap “Select Signature” and choose a photo of your signature — it is cropped and the paper turned white automatically.
- Drag and zoom so your face sits inside the oval, then pick a layout and file-size limit.
- Check the preview and tap “Download”.
When do you need photo and signature in one image?
Several state recruitment boards, university admission portals and offline application forms ask for a single image showing the candidate’s photograph with their signature directly beneath it. Making that in a photo editor is fiddly on a phone — this tool does it in a few taps.
Two layouts
- Passport size (413 × 531 px) — the whole image stays 3.5 × 4.5 cm; your photo fills the top and the signature sits in the bottom quarter. Use this when the form gives one passport-size box for both.
- Photo + strip (400 × 654 px) — a full passport-shaped photo with a signature strip added underneath. Use this when the form simply says “photo with signature below”.
If your form gives exact pixel dimensions, check them in the official notification before uploading.
Get a clean result
- Sign with a dark pen on plain white paper and photograph it in daylight.
- Use a recent photo with a plain light background.
- Use the Rotate button if your signature photo was taken sideways.
- Need them separately instead? Use Signature Resize and Passport Size Photo.
