How to use it
- Pick the size your form needs — 140 × 60 px (IBPS / SBI) is pre-selected, or choose Auto / Custom.
- Keep 10–20 KB selected (most forms) or pick another file-size limit.
- Tap “Select Signature” and choose a photo of your signature. It is cropped and cleaned automatically.
- Check the preview — rotate if needed — then tap “Download Signature”.
Why forms reject signatures — and how this tool fixes it
Online application portals are strict: the signature must be within a fixed size range (often 10–20 KB), in JPG format, and clearly readable. A phone photo usually fails on all three — it is several MB, has grey shadows on the paper, and lots of empty space around the signature. This tool handles each problem automatically:
- Auto-crop finds where your ink is and removes the empty paper around it.
- Clean white background turns grey or yellowish paper into pure white and makes the ink darker, so it stays sharp even at a small file size.
- Exact size — the signature is centred inside the pixel size you choose without being stretched.
- Minimum size handled — tiny 140 × 60 px images are often only 4–6 KB, which portals reject as “too small”. We add harmless padding data inside the JPG so it reaches the 10 KB minimum while the picture stays exactly the same.

Tips for a perfect signature photo
- Sign with a black or dark-blue pen on plain white paper. Avoid lined paper.
- Photograph it in daylight, holding the phone straight above the paper so there is no shadow.
- Fill most of the camera frame with the signature — more pixels means a sharper result.
- Need your photo too? Use Compress Image to 50 KB or the Passport Size Photo tool.
