How to use it
- Tap “Select PDF” and choose your file. Each page appears as a thumbnail.
- Tap every page you want to remove — it turns red and is crossed out. Tap it again to keep it.
- Tap “Delete pages”. At least one page has to stay.
- Tap “Download PDF” to save the shorter file.
When should you delete pages?
- Blank pages from double-sided scanning, where every back side came out empty.
- Instruction pages at the start of a downloaded form that the portal doesn't need.
- Extra pages that push the file over the upload limit.
- Private details you don't want to share — for example other accounts on a statement.
Deleted pages are really removed
Some editors only unlink a removed page and leave its content hidden inside the file. ToolDabba removes the deleted pages' text and images from the file completely, so they can't be recovered — and the file gets smaller too. The pages you keep are untouched: text stays selectable, scans keep their quality, and bookmarks and form fields are preserved. (Bookmarks that pointed to a deleted page simply stop working.)
Tips before you delete
- Thumbnails show each page as it will appear, so you can spot blank or repeated pages at a glance.
- Changed your mind? Tap a red page again to keep it, or tap “Clear” to start over.
- Your original file is never changed, so you can always go back and try again.
- Want to keep the removed pages as a separate file? Save them first with Split PDF → Extract.

- Still over the size limit? Compress PDF to the exact KB you need.
- Pages sideways? Fix them with Rotate PDF. Need to add other files? Use Merge PDF.
Protected PDFs (with copy/edit restrictions or a password) are saved as high-quality page images, and the tool tells you before you start. Everything happens inside your browser — your PDF is never uploaded.
