How to use it
- Tap “Select PDF” and choose your file. Every page appears as a thumbnail.
- Drag a page by its ⠿ handle (or press and hold the page) to move it. Tap pages to select them for Turn, Duplicate, Delete, Earlier or Later.
- Use “Add PDF” to put another file's pages at the end, and “Blank page” to insert an empty sheet. Undo, Redo and Reset are always there.
- Tap “Save PDF”, then “Download PDF”.
Everything you can do
| Action | How |
|---|---|
| Move a page | Drag its ⠿ handle, press and hold the page, or select it and tap Earlier / Later |
| Turn pages | Select them, then Left or Right (90° each tap) |
| Delete pages | Select them, then Delete |
| Copy a page | Select it, then Duplicate — the copy appears right after it |
| Blank page | Adds an empty page after each selected page (or at the end), the same size as the page before it |
| Pages from another PDF | “Add PDF” puts all its pages at the end; move them like any other page |
| Change your mind | Undo / Redo (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y on a computer), or Reset to the original |
Made for phones, and for long PDFs
On a phone, put your finger on a page's ⠿ handle and drag — the page follows your finger, the others make room, and the screen scrolls when you reach the top or bottom. Pressing and holding a page works too. Prefer buttons? Select pages and tap Earlier or Later. Thumbnails are drawn only as you scroll to them, so even a 150-page study material PDF opens quickly.
Common jobs
- Scanned documents out of order — a 10th marksheet scanned after the 12th, or the back of a certificate before the front.
- Building one application file — open the form, add your certificates with “Add PDF”, and put them in the order the checklist asks for.
- Printing on both sides — insert blank pages so each new section starts on a fresh sheet.
- Remove the extras — instruction pages, a blank back side, or a duplicate scan.
Lossless: your pages stay exactly as they were
ToolDabba changes only the order and direction of the pages. Text stays selectable, scans keep their quality, and the PDF you opened keeps its links, bookmarks and form fields (pages added from other files come without their bookmarks). Deleted pages are removed from the file completely — not just hidden. A duplicated page shares its text and images with the original, so copying a page barely changes the file size.
One tool or a quick fix?
- Only joining files? Merge PDF is quicker.
- Only turning pages? Rotate PDF. Only removing pages? Delete PDF Pages.
- Need part of a page? Crop PDF. Too big for the portal? Compress PDF.
Private by design
Your PDF is edited inside your browser and never uploaded, so marksheets, ID proofs and bank statements stay on your device.
