How to use it
- Tap the document you want to prepare — each one is already set to fit the official rules.
- Select a photo or scan from your phone. For the signature, thumb or declaration, the paper is cleaned to white and cropped automatically.
- Check the preview: the size and KB shown must be inside the official range.
- Download the JPG and upload it to the Bihar Police Constable application form.

Colour photograph (white background, taken within 2 months)
- Official (Advt. 02/2026 para 13 v; identical in 01/2026 and 01/2025): “(i) अभ्यर्थी का फोटोग्राफ, रंगीन एवं दो माह के अंदर खींचा हुआ, जिसका बैकग्राउण्ड सफेद हो, 15 से 25 के0बी0 के बीच का, .jpg/.jpeg/.gif फॉरमेट में, एवं (ii) हस्ताक्षर अंग्रेजी एवं हिन्दी में (काली एवं नीली स्याही से) अलग-अलग, 15 से 25 के0बी0 के बीच का, .jpg/.jpeg/.gif फॉरमेट में, जो सफेद बैकग्राउण्ड पर हो, ऐसे फोटो एवं हस्ताक्षरों को स्कैन कर अपलोड करना अनिवार्य है।”

General instructions
- Apply from csbc.bihar.gov.in (“Bihar Police” tab / “Advts by Group” → the advertisement). Part 1 is registration and fee; photo and signatures are uploaded in Part 2 after logging in with the registration number and password.
- Photo and signatures can be changed with “Edit Details” only before final Submit; after Confirm / Submit nothing can be edited.
- Only one application per mobile number. No hard copy is sent to CSBC; keep the acknowledgement (with photo) for later.
- At document verification a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, driving licence, voter ID, etc.) must be shown.
- CSBC's new website csbc-bih.bihar.gov.in runs alongside csbc.bihar.gov.in (notice of 12.05.2026).
