How to use it
- Tap “Select PowerPoint file” and pick your .pptx, .ppt or .odp file (up to 25 MB).
- Wait a few seconds while it is sent and converted.
- Tap “Download PDF” — one slide per page. The file is already deleted from our server.
Why send slides as PDF?
Colleges, coaching institutes and offices often ask for presentations as PDF: it opens on every phone without PowerPoint, the fonts and layout can't shift, and it's usually smaller. Each slide becomes one page at the slide's own size, with text, images, tables and shapes in place.
What to expect
- Animations and transitions don't carry over — a PDF shows each slide in its final state.
- Videos and audio aren't included; a still frame or icon shows where they were.
- Speaker notes are left out, so the PDF shows only what the audience sees.
- Hindi typed in Unicode comes out right; slides typed in Kruti Dev need converting to Unicode first.
What happens to your file
Almost every ToolDabba tool works inside your browser. Converting Office files needs real office software, which can't run in a browser, so this tool is the exception:
- Your file is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our own server in Helsinki, Finland (Hetzner).
- It is converted automatically by a program that has no internet access of its own — no person looks at it.
- The converted file is sent back to your phone or computer.
- Both files are deleted immediately. We keep only the time, the size and how long it took — never the name or content.
Details are in our privacy policy.
After converting
- Too big to upload? Compress PDF.
- Want to number the pages? Add page numbers.
