SEBI Grade A declaration text

Where these numbers come from

Every value on this page is taken from the official Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) documents below. If a newer notification is out, it takes priority.

Where official sources disagree

  • Pixel sizes are labelled “(preferred)”; the KB ranges are the limits the form enforces (“If the file size and format are not as prescribed, an error message will be displayed.”).
  • Photo: “200 x 230” pixels and “4.5cm × 3.5cm” are not labelled width × height (aspect ratios 0.87 vs 0.78); read here as 200 px / 3.5 cm wide × 230 px / 4.5 cm high. Thumb and declaration sizes are explicitly “(Width * Height)”.
  • The scanning section refers to “point (i) & (ii) above for the pixel size”, which do not exist in this advertisement; each document's pixel size is stated separately, so the numbers are unaffected.
