How to use it
- Keep “800 × 400 px” and “50–100 KB” selected — the sizes used in IBPS / SBI forms — or choose Auto / Custom.
- Tap “Select Declaration” and choose a photo of your handwritten declaration.
- The text is cropped and the paper turned pure white automatically. Rotate it if the photo is sideways.
- Check that every word is readable in the preview, then tap “Download Declaration”.
Declaration text used in bank exam forms
Recent IBPS notifications have asked candidates to write the following in English, in their own handwriting:
“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
The exact wording can differ between exams and years — copy the text from your own notification. Most notifications also say the declaration must be in the candidate's handwriting and not in capital letters.
Size used in bank exam forms
| Document | Dimensions | File size |
|---|---|---|
| Handwritten declaration (IBPS / SBI) | 800 × 400 px | 50 – 100 KB |
Tips for a clear declaration
- Write with a black pen on plain white paper, in neat running handwriting.
- Leave a small margin around the text — the tool crops the extra paper for you.
- Photograph it in daylight, holding the phone parallel to the paper so the lines stay straight.
